Luminex CDR-POWER-100 and NET-CDR Now Ship with 6X CD-Recording Speed
Riverside, CA - FEBRUARY 11, 1999 - The 100 disc capacity CDR-Power-100 Library and the NET-CDR network CD-Recorder now ship with 6/24X CD-Recording technology. The 6X recording speed enables a complete CD-R disc to be created in about 12 minutes.

The NET-CDR is a reliable, easy to use, UNIX based network CD-Recording solution. The NET-CDR solution now includes a 6x speed CD-Recorder, along with a hard disk data buffer and the Fire Series CD-Recording software. The MSRP of the NET-CDR solution is $4,995.
The Fire Series software is a high performance software product line for networking, archiving, duplicating, and distributing CD and DVD media. The CDR-Power-100 and NET-CDR offer the ability to create true cross-platform CDR media including Macintosh HFS formatted disc as well as ISO9660, Rockridge, and Joliet filesystem standards.
